OUR NEW ON-LINE CALENDAR IS LIVE!  This new feature of our website allows you to schedule resources and view the details of scheduled events.

If you plan on having an activity at the church – e.g. a shower, meeting, music practice, birthday party, etc. – you need to schedule the event and what area/room you need for the event/activity. If you do not request a room, time, and date, and something else is scheduled for that area, then the scheduled event/activity takes precedence over your event. Rooms/areas are scheduled on a first come-first served basis. So, to eliminate any conflicts, please notify Nancy to schedule your activities. Your event will be placed on the calendar and it will be updated immediately.

As a reminder, if you are scheduling an activity and you need access to the church during off-hours, you will need an access code to get into the building. To obtain an access code you will need to speak with either Denise Bradley or Wayne Davis.
