FIRST STEP: Contact the office to discuss your event with the staff first.

STEP TWO; Submit this information form so the staff can secure the resources for your event. This information will be kept on file and used to post to the web site.

Please note this form will provide the information neccesary for the staff to review and prevent any conflicts with resources or space. Conflicts will be brought to your attention before the information is posted to the Church Calendar and web site.
